Absolutely amazing. The shift is immediate but subtle as in I have taken stimulants before and usually feel a buzz/elevated heart rate then always a crash. This has 0 stimulant feel I just started to feel way less inclined to bed rot, snacking way less and am just feeling better/happier overall!
