Quercetin has been shown to have several beneficial properties, including anti-inflammatory effects, improved cholesterol levels and better athletic performance compared with other antioxidants like vitamin C or E.
How long does it take for Quercetin to work?
Quercetin's work in strengthening the cell membrane of the mast cells takes time. One may need to take it for 3 to 6 weeks to notice an effect, and it's more effective if taken preventively before health issues arise.
