i have found an amazing positive side effect,3 in fact,mental clarity increased by at least 40%,i feel so much calmer and more positive about myself,the little things used to really bother me,now i feel amazing ,calm more positive outlook,and 3rd i have tried too lose weight so many times and failed,now without even trying i am steadily shedding weight,dont feel hungry,no more snacking,and still feel energised when needed,i sleep better than ever before,ok will admit still have aches and pains but im in my late 60,s so that is to be expected ,will i be buying this product again,YES,YES,YES, is it worth it ,for sure,i am on an aged pension so limited income,but it is 120% worth the money
Absolutely amazing. The shift is immediate but subtle as in I have taken stimulants before and usually feel a buzz/elevated heart rate then always a crash. This has 0 stimulant feel I just started to feel way less inclined to bed rot, snacking way less and am just feeling better/happier overall! Sounds all over the place but literally the only way I can describe it

Currently on a weight loss journey and I usually crave a sweet treat multiple times a day which tends to set me back. Its been 3 and a half weeks now and since starting and definitely have more energy but more importantly...I have steadily dropped!! The intense cravings are gone. I still allow myself to have one a day but it\'s more of a choice than a need. So so happy and hope it continues indefinitely 🤞
I was skeptical.. as I am about most supplements. But after giving this a go, I am wowed. It\'s no joke how different you feel once you start taking it. I sleep better, eat better, train better.. just such a huge improvement across the board. 10/10
Just purchased this product a few days ago...have taken it for 3 days now...not sure why but it makes me extremely itchy and skin gets irritated and red... Has anyone else experienced this??

Here's my honest review. I took a chance and started taking 2 a day now after 4 weeks and I want to recommend that to anyone who is wondering about dosage.. 1 a day you will feel a difference but 2 a day is like feeling you've been seeing through dirty glasses and just got them cleaned. Sleep is fantastic, energy is steady all day and ive stopped snacking so much which I guess was due to being tired. The difference is undeniable. Great stuff, keep up the good work team
