Hi all iam a guy 53 years old i started taking NMN. and RESVERATROL about 3 years ago,and have now moved onto taking a large stack of supplements. I wasn\'t noticing any real change in myself, so I got a blood test done this test went through every marker in my blood,(this isn\'t a regular blood test from a GP) I found out that after taking all these supplements for 3 years almost all of my marker\'s are with in the range they should be ,I have reduced my biological age by 7 years.. I thought by telling you all about my journey it helps ...I would like to also mention I mostly just use this company for all my supplements...
One of the few supplements I\'ve tried that actually does what it says it does. I feel completely different since taking as far as functionality, energy levels, even pain management. Always struggled with lower back pain and it hasnt even been noticeable since taking this. I have no idea if its related but thought it was worth mentioning
