My husband and I take 2 doses (1,000mg each) every morning. We now can't live without it. For anyone who feels even just a little off or disregulated, this seems to have so many positive benefits. More energy is the most noticeable, but I've personally noticed a huge shift in my mood and overal mental state. My husband notices deeper sleep and feeling refreshed in the mornings, which was previously unlike him as he was a morning grouch before using this. Please never discontinue!!!
