Been taking one a day for a month. Feels like recovery after workouts is quicker and I’m less wiped by evening. Capsules are easy to swallow. Price is fair compared to other brands I’ve tried.

Good product, clean capsules and exactly as described. I switched from another brand and seem to recover from exercise a bit faster. Price is fair for the dose provided.
Took about 10 days before I felt anything. Now I have better morning clarity and less brain fog; sleep is unchanged though. Wish there were a smaller trial pack to test first.
