NMN is nicotinamide mononucleotide, a molecule created naturally in all beings. NMN, as a molecule, is a ribo-nucleotide. Ribo-nucleotides are basic structural units of the nucleic acid RNA. We naturally create NAD+ through eating, however, our NAD+ levels begin to decrease as we age, and this decrease is linked to a range of age-related diseases.
